GPS Audio Guides had the privilege of debuting its first guide during the Doors Open Lackawanna program in Scranton, Pennsylvania, on May 5, 2007.  This event provided participants with behind the scenes access to some of Scranton's most significant historical landmarks.  It included a trolley bus circulating between the various sites, providing an excellent opportunity to deploy a GPS Audio Guide.

While participants where enjoying the trolley ride from site to site, they were introduced to the upcoming attraction through prerecorded audio on our GPS enabled MP3 player.  This component greatly enhanced the experience provided by Doors Open Lackawanna to the extent that the coordinators of the event stated they never envisioned the trolley bus being an attraction in itself until they learned about what GPS Audio Guides could deliver.  What a great compliment to our capabilities.
