Welcome to GPS Audio Guides

Trolley Bus, Scranton PAGPS Audio Guides delivers experiences that bring to life your place-based information. Our guides uniquely combine the use the global positioning system (GPS) and digital audio files providing hotspot activation of interpretive information. Through this technology, you can simply sit back and experience your surroundings, without fumbling with a radio, looking for inconspicuous signs or tracking miles; the GPS Audio Guide does it all for you.

How Does it Work?

The GPS unit always knows where it is located by communicating with satellites continuously orbiting Earth. When the GPS unit approaches a preprogrammed latitude and longitude, it automatically triggers an audio file interpreting the location through either the unit's speakers, a set of headphones, or even a vehicle's stereo through a built-in FM transmitter. From the user's perspective, there is nothing more simple than a GPS Audio Guide!
